Hemp Crate is a Canadian run business, based in the beautiful B.C Okanagan. Our goal is to increase the awareness of the benefits of hemp as a super-food and many other uses. Hemp Crate is dedicated in promoting an energetic, active & healthy lifestyle! Hemp has been called a plant of "major economic importance," as it grows like a weed, yet can be used in the production of food, personal care products, textiles, paper, and even plastic and construction materials. It is important to make the knowledge and products of Hemp available to others that are needing health improvement in their life.

Since my early teens, I struggled with allergies, major skin issues, weight and digestive problems, and severe lack of energy. This led to poor self-esteem and lack of motivation. My life was very out of balance. I tried many other health products and diet supplements, but all contained fillers such as sugar, dairy, or gluten which created negative health effects. I finally started using a hemp protein powder in shakes and found great improvement in my skin. This lead me to investigate more about hemp, the different products and how to use them. I started using the hemp oil which helped balance my weight. Then combining other hemp products into my everyday meals, and the change was a dramatic improvement! As my lifestyle improved I became motivated to share my success with others. I want to make the awareness of hemp's benefits and the products available for all so we can build and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Hemp changed my life around and now I'm dedicated to helping others improve their lives!
