SHIPPING TO CANADA AND U.S.

SHIPPING 

  • All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the Canada

  • Most orders will ship within 24-48 business hours and are sent out via the Canada Post.

  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  You can also log into your account to view the tracking number

  • Orders placed after 12 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Saturday excluding holidays.  Orders placed late Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
     

*Overnight orders need to be placed prior to 1 pm central time to be shipped the same day. No Saturday Delivery. If you place your order later than this time or on Friday or Saturday...it will be delivered on Monday. Also, the Canada Post does not guarantee next day delivery to some locations.

If we make an human error in your order we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged by the Canada Post, please file a claim with your local office. Then give us a call so we can send you any parts that were damaged.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For hemp seed products that just don’t seem to taste or work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective? If you think your hemp seed products are not tasting or working the way they should, please call our Customer Service to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective. 250.462.5269


30 DAY GUARANTEE

Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.
 

Login into your account,
View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
Click the Return Item(s) button. 

We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service Hippies. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit. For a faster response,  
just call HempCrate at  250.462.5269. Most of the time, they'll get you sorted out with hemp seed tips and tricks.
